Privacy Policy
Last Modified: 08/04/2026
Introduction
G2M Ventures LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) is the data controller responsible for your personal data and values your privacy, committing to protect it in accordance with this policy. This privacy policy explains:
- The types of information we may collect, or that you may provide, when you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use the iReside mobile application (the “App”).
- Our practices for collecting, using, storing, protecting, and sharing that information.
- Your rights and choices, including the additional rights you hold if you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
This policy applies solely to data collected through the App, our website (www.ireside.ai), and electronic communications related to the App.
It does not apply to:
- Information collected offline or through other websites or applications owned by the Company.
- Information you provide to, or that is collected by, third parties.
Other apps or websites (including those you may reach via links in the App) may have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those before sharing information.
By downloading, registering with, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. This policy may be updated periodically, and continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
Children Under 13
The App is not designed for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we discover that we have received such information without parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@ireside.ai.
Information We Collect
When you register or use the App, you may provide information such as:
- Name, address, email, phone number, or other identifiers.
- Account registration details and subscription information.
- Records of correspondence if you contact us.
- Survey responses used for research.
- Transaction details, including financial information when required.
- Location and residency-related data needed for the App’s functionality, including days of presence, residences, visa and travel records, and documents you choose to attach to them.
Automatically Collected Information
When using the App, we may automatically collect:
- Usage details: interactions with the App, logs, and communication data.
- Device details: mobile device ID, IP address, operating system, and network information.
- Location data: real-time geographic location through your device’s location services, where you have granted permission.
If you do not wish to share location data, you may disable location services in your device settings, but this will limit or disable certain features.
Third-Party Data Collection
Certain third parties (e.g., analytics providers, device manufacturers, and service providers) may use tracking technologies when you interact with the App or our website. These parties may gather information about you or your device over time to provide analytics and help us improve performance. On our website, analytics and similar technologies run only with your consent, which you can manage at any time through the consent banner.
We do not sell your personal data or location data to third parties.
We do not control these third-party technologies. If you have questions or concerns about how your data is handled by third parties, you should contact them directly.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the App’s services.
- Manage your account, subscriptions, and billing.
- Notify you of updates, changes, or new features.
- Enforce our contractual rights and obligations.
- Personalize your user experience and deliver relevant content.
- Support research, analytics, and improvements to the App.
We may also contact you about products or services offered by us. You may opt out of such communications at any time (see Your Choices below).
Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): account data, location and residency records, subscription and billing data — this processing is what the App is for.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): service security, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and product improvement, balanced against your rights and expectations.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): analytics and similar tracking technologies on our website, optional product analytics in the App, and marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): where we must retain or disclose data to comply with applicable law.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may share your information:
- With subsidiaries, affiliates, and service providers who support our operations under confidentiality agreements.
- With a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
- To comply with laws, court orders, or regulatory obligations.
- To enforce our agreements and protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, users, or others.
International Transfers
We are a United States company, and the App’s data is processed in the United States. In particular, analytics data is processed on PostHog’s US Cloud. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland is transferred to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and their UK and Swiss equivalents) entered into with our processors.
Diagnostic Telemetry
To keep location tracking reliable, the App may send limited diagnostic telemetry — such as tracking-health signals and error reports — that helps us detect when day recording is failing. Diagnostic telemetry can be disabled at any time with the Product analytics switch at the bottom of the App’s Privacy page, and disabling it does not affect the App’s core features.
Your Choices
You have options regarding the information we collect and how it’s used:
- Location data: You may disable location services in your device settings, though some features will not work.
- Analytics and ad measurement: In the App, the controls are at the bottom of the Privacy Policy screen — Product analytics covers first-party usage data, and Ad measurement & attribution covers letting our ad partners confirm an install came from their ad. You can change either at any time. On the website, use the consent banner. In the EEA and the UK both stay off until you turn them on.
- Promotional communications: You may opt out of marketing emails by contacting us at support@ireside.ai.
Your European Rights
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data (Art. 15) and receive a copy of it.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16).
- Erase your data (Art. 17) — you can delete your account and its data directly in the App, or contact us.
- Restrict processing (Art. 18) and object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
- Data portability (Art. 20): receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe our processing infringes data protection law.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ireside.ai. We will respond within one month as required by law.
Accessing and Updating Information
You can access and update your personal information in your account settings. You may also email support@ireside.ai to request access, corrections, or deletion of your information. Please note that deleting your information may also result in the deletion of your account.
California Privacy Rights
California residents may request details about the disclosure of their information to third parties for marketing purposes under California Civil Code §1798.83. To make such a request, please contact us at: support@ireside.ai
Data Security
We use security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. This includes storing data on secure servers and encrypting sensitive transactions with SSL technology.
However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Transmission of data via the internet is at your own risk.
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via the App or on our website (www.ireside.ai). Please review this policy periodically to stay informed.
